Notarisation process

Complete an online application in 3 simple steps:

Details and documents are then verified and attested by a Notary Public.

The NPO® process from start to finish is simple, fast and secure.

What is the processing time?

The standard verification processing time is 2-3 business days. Verification processing times may vary between issuing bodies and the time of the year.

Once verification is complete, the Notary Public attests (notarises) and issues the document on the same day.

What documents are required?

Before attesting the authenticity of a document, the Notary Public must verify the details with the issuing body and identify the named individual.

The following 2 documents are required:

1. Copy of the document; and
2. Government issued ID (e.g. Passport or Photo Card Driving Licence).
