Overview
This service is for people who need an official certified copy of a document. The Notary Public Office is not able to provide certified copies of British marriage, birth and death certificates. You should apply to the General Register Office for copies of these documents.

The charges listed below are indicative professional fees for standard notarial matters, using the proplus rate structure.

** Notary fees charged at a rate of £37.50 per 6 minute unit, with a minimum charge of £150.00 for all notarial work.
The vast majority of notarial matters can be completed in less than 30 minutes.
Appointments
You must make an appointment as this service requires your personal attendance.
Before booking, make sure you have the correct documentation and that the notarised document will be accepted by the relevant authority.
