Overview
The Notary Public Office provides a range of documentary and consular services to corporate clients and the general public. Our notaries can accept client instructions to certify and witness documents for use in all foreign jurisdictions, as well as specialist instructions for professional witness work in England and Wales.

Services include all forms of notarial certification, legalisation and apostilisation.
Our notaries will assist with:

For people who need to make an affidavit in front of a Notary Public.
- Certified copies
For people who need a document or statement certified by a Notary Public.
- Identification certificates
For people who need to provide proof of identity to a non-UK based entity.
- Legalisation and apostilles
For people who need documents legalised for an overseas jurisdiction.
- Oaths and affirmations
For people who need to swear an oath or make an affirmation in front of a Notary Public.
- Statutory declarations
For people who need to make a statutory declaration in front of a Notary Public.
- Witnessing (attestation)
For people who need to sign a document and have their signature witnessed.
Appointments
You must make an appointment for each service that requires your personal attendance.
Before booking, make sure you have the correct supporting documents and that the notarised document will be accepted by the relevant authority.
