Before you start

You will need:

  • the date the legal document was issued
  • the DocLOCK® security number

The issue date and DocLOCK® security number are on the document.

Notarial certificates verified by the Notary Public Office bear a raised and embossed imprint of the NPO emblem and year of issue. The DocLOCK® anti-tamper security hologram and security number should also appear immediately below on the document to which the seal is attached.

The NPO seal changes annually on the 01 January.
