You will need:

  • proof of identity
  • proof of address

For all appointments you will need to provide acceptable proof of your identity and address.

All notarial certificates issued by the Notary Public Office bear a raised and embossed imprint of the NPO emblem and year of issue. The DocLOCK® anti-tamper security hologram and security number should also appear immediately below on the document to which the seal is attached.

The NPO seal changes annually on the 01 January.
