Complaints

Stage 1.

Any client who has cause for dissatisfaction or complaint should contact the Notary Public Office.

Stage 2.

Any client may at the end of the complaints review, or after a period of eight weeks from the date of making the complaint, make a complaint direct to the Legal Ombudsman.
